Well everything turned out well after…
Well everything turned out well after all the package did appear. I don't know exactly what the investigation found but I found that the package must have been accidentally sent or dropped off somewhere else or the driver may have kept it and didn't realize it or something because usually this type of package comes in a in a package kind of way where it's kept cool and when I received it the the cool pack inside the package slightly warm. But already your department or the department with the pharmacy we're already preparing to send me another package and I thought that could have happened a little sooner but that's just me cuz I know for sure I didn't take it but I guess you know the investigation has its process I imagine but other than that I'm very happy with the outcome. Thank you
