Poor communication and terrible customer service !
Poor communication , I’ve been working with them since 2024 and they still have not resolved my problem. They want me to pay for a new meter since the one they installed in 2025 stopped working!!! Unbelievable. They have AI rote responses when you contact them. Or they have me reboot the system Over and over to no avail. Very poor customer service! I’ve already found another company to help me with my solar issues.im done with Omidian.
