Very Frustrated with customer service and dissatisfied with the product. I purchased the OMNI Creatine gummies which had too much sugar and tasted awful! I expected an easy-to-cancel trial but my experience was been very poor. I tried to utilize their advertised 30-day money-back guarantee but I was charged for an automatic refill every 4 weeks even though I thought I placed a one-time order. I got 3 bags of the product. The third bag I refused so they had to refund the full amount The first bag they sent me a return label minus $8 for a handling fee. Yet they did not address the 2nd bag I needed to return as well. Customer service gave me the run around on multiple emails claiming they didn't understand since I had gotten the 2 refunds. I would not recommend buying from this company unless they fix their customer support and billing transparency. Buyer beware!!!!
