Easy to navigate and process the order. Unfortunately, I have to revise my initial comment. After placing my order on September 23rd—the same day the initial charge was made to my card and I received two emails confirming both the order and the monthly subscription—I waited patiently. However, after two weeks passed without any shipping updates, I contacted them via email on October 5th, 6th, and 7th, and also sent a message through their Instagram account on the 7th. To date, none of my messages have been answered, and I still haven't received a single update regarding the shipment of my order. Consequently, I contacted my bank and filed a claim to have the charge refunded. A company that lacks the courtesy to respond to its customers within a reasonable timeframe does not deserve my business. Furthermore, I attempted to cancel the subscription on the company's website, but the process is designed to prevent cancellation; after navigating through all the steps intended to keep me subscribed, an option to state my reasons for canceling finally appeared. Yet, when I tried to finalize the cancellation, the system threw an error and would not allow me to complete the process. This demonstrates the dishonest nature of this company.

I tried Omni Creatine Gummies and did not prefer the taste and texture so I canceled my subscription. I did not want to reoccurring subscription from day one but I was hopeful. I have now been sent products and charged three additional times! I have canceled on their website as well as emailing customer service multiple times. I’m now disputing the charge with my bank and it is such an incredible hassle. They wrote me back one time in August and have not responded since. Have a new shipment on the way it should arrive in two days, the end of September. Incredibly disappointing and so frustrating when it does not need to be. Buyer beware!
