I have wanted to order all day but just didn’t want another product that doesn’t work! When I decided to try it I was going to order 1 then decided on so I thought I updated to get 2 then they wanted me to order 3 and then it said I could get 3 for $67 - shipping!! I am having a hard time time knowing what to do. If I can get 3 for $67 then please credit my card for what is on it from you and give me the $67 for 3 watermelon bags and when you do that I will gladly give you 5 stars because certainly will have earned them and I am probably getting an excellent product that actually works. Let me know what you do so I can understand!! Thank you.

Very Disappointed With the Customer Service I’m very disappointed with my experience with OMNI Creatine. I canceled my subscription, yet I was still charged $100, and the company refused to issue a refund. I understand subscription policies, but when a customer cancels and is still charged, I believe the company should make a reasonable effort to resolve the situation—especially when the customer is promptly requesting a refund. Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled has left me extremely disappointed and has made me question whether I would purchase from OMNI again. Customer service is just as important as the product itself, and in this case, my experience was not what I expected. I sent several emails requesting cancellations, after not asking to renew a subscription, the company still did an auto shipment.
