Once again, I was signed up for a subscription on a product that I just wanted to try. I was sent two pouches of gummies, and was just about half done with the first pouch when the second order arrived, and it is NOT CHEAP. I canceled the subscription, which was NOT EASY, and sent the second order back for a refund, and they only returned $151.00 on a $228.00 order. These people are BANDITS. STAY AWAY.
Response from OMNI LongevityOct 20, 2026
Hi Tachi, Subscriptions are selected during checkout, where customers can choose between a one-time purchase and recurring deliveries. Please contact our support team at [email protected] so we can investigate your case and determine whether any additional refund is due. We take your concerns seriously and are committed to resolving them fairly and professionally.
