Videos are good. But credits go too fast. At the beginning videos were 15-30 credits and suddenly were 160 credits..

Its complicated to be used ,and the credit has gone but the video doesn't generated.. but when it works it gives s great result

creates ads quick and easy it is quite expensive though... so i dont think i will be using this for very long and the pricing is the reason this only gets 3 stars

I created my account, then I looked at 1 video, I didn't download it and I haven't even connected my social media to it. I watched the video they created off their own back and lost 75 credits. They have a bot to talk to which is okay, but to speak to a live agent, there is no way unless you support a ticket, then wait. I also did a review for them to claim 10 free credits and I haven't received them. This is day 1 so I will see how I go. The ads themselves are decent.

Very difficult to get any support or get contact with a human, I was charged for a full year despite trying to cancel. A very delayed response to support emails and tickets but this did eventually get sorted out.
