Ive purchased several wigs from this company and the quality has noticeably declined over the last few years. This hair barely holds a curl and has a distinct smell

I thought I found my permanent wig supplier however after the 2nd order the quality went down hill. It's like they only make the effort to provide great service when they know you're a new customer. Super delayed - i had to chase to find out what was happening to the status of my order and only when I chase do they send me feedback or all of sudden the tracking information is available. Size of wig- The size of the wig is massive! So much excess space Overall i am gutted as I hoped i no longer had to hunt around for another retailer that provides good wigs but unfortunately i will be starting the hunt again due to extremely delayed shipping and extremely big wigs.

I ordered a wig based on a YouTube review. It can't be the same wig I've received. The cap is big, hairline not natural and hair quality does not feel good either. A complete waste of money.

The wig was two different colors.

2 stars because delivery was prompt. Hair was trash. Huge bald spot in the front. Paid extra for hd lace and didn’t receive it. Hair looks synthetic and sheds in clumps.
