Emmy was amazing
Emmy was amazing, she kept me up to date, remembered my initial request regarding mistakingly ordering the wrong density and actually ensured that my mistake was corrected. She actually emailed me again to see if l was happy with my order which l thought was a lovely gesture. I have no qualms about the unit. I have been having bad experiences with other hair companies mentioning no names. It was so bad that l ordered with some trepidation, but l was really pleased with the service and my order. I will definitely be ordering from OMGherhair again. If you have been having bad experiences with other companies, you should be pleased with this company.

Ive purchased several wigs from this…
Ive purchased several wigs from this company and the quality has noticeably declined over the last few years. This hair barely holds a curl and has a distinct smell

I Perfit yaki straight…
I was so please with the yaki straight unit that I order and was so happy with it I turn around and order two more of the same The company accommodated me even with the unit being out of stock.

Really great! Esp customer support :)
When I placed an order with them, they reached out to let me know the wig in the exact length I wanted was actually no longer ‘ready to ship’ and would have their normal processing time. However, I needed it for an event that was due to unfold before it would ever get here on that timeline. They were very quick to find a solution, and got me my wig in time! Just a little longer than I had originally aimed for. The wig itself is overall extremely good quality, the hair never tangled once even in windier conditions, the lace isn’t flimsy and melts well, it stayed in place the whole event, the hair is sooo soft—I will definitely be coming back to them. :)

It's not the first time that i bought…
It's not the first time that i bought wif from you. Every time It was amazing but this one i didn't like at all. It was too too thick,itchy like crasy and the texture didn't look real for me.

BHW12 Boho Braided Full Lace with Kinky Edges
I purchased OMGHerHair’s Boho Braided wig … TWICE - one customized with my favorite hair color. I genuinely love both of them. The hair quality is great - no tangling, normal shedding, and the colors are beautiful. The density and length are perfect and look so natural, plus the lace is barely noticeable. The cap fits perfectly, and the adjustable strap, invisible drawstrings, and combs are well-positioned to keep everything secure all day. Installation and styling were soooo easy, exactly the low‑maintenance vibe I wanted. They also sent pictures and asked questions during the customization process to make sure I got exactly what I wanted, and I absolutely did. Both wigs exceeded my expectations. Customer service is amazing - fast responses with easy tips, kept me updated through the whole process, checked in after delivery, and made sure I was happy even after wearing them. I found the wig thanks to a YouTube try‑on by @KieRaShon, and I’m so glad I did. Beautiful wigs, great quality, and genuinely great people. 🥰 Oh, and the kinky edges and Lagos hairline changed my life. Looks like I finally grew my own edges back. 🥹
