Omega XL Is A Useless Farce! I noticed no benefits in taking this product, so I had no intention to reorder. Well that’s too damned bad with this company! They reorder for you & there’s nothing you can do about it. They have the criminal, antisocial “no reply” email, they think you’re stuck with them for life (apparently). So they’re not going to make it easy for you to cancel. Apparently they are on various social media sites I have no intention of joining & I shouldn’t have to go to them to get a hold of them. Don’t get me started on getting in touch by phone once you’ve made your purchase! Call & they transfer you to a whole lot of nothingness. If you go to their site & you want to contact them, you have to pay a monthly fee to join! Yeah,right! I tried to send a picture of the bottle but it won’t take. Additionally, on 7/14/25 they again left me VM because they are having trouble sending me my order! I canceled it & they’re still trying to send me their horrible product, so today they make acknowledgement in Trustpilot & claim they have Customer Support. I don’t believe them anymore than their claims of their product is beneficial. Save your money, time & sanity & don’t bother with them.

They could get a better costumes service department and not force you into auto ship.give the customer time to see if it works and they would order more I am going to have to cancel my banking card so they can't ding my account because they will not call back and the wait time says 20 minutes butt after 40 I just hang up very disappointed

I attempted to order the 2 bottles for 39.95 as advertised. Spoke with a sales person (of course, they only want to push the sale and be my best friend) It was next to impossible for him to understand that I did NOT WANT AUTO-RENEWAL. After 15 minutes of this frustrating banter I cancelled the order. It's my life - I no longer have patience to sit on the phone for 30 minutes just to place ONE SIMPLE order that is already spelled out in the commercial!!!!

I bought a product, and they make it almost impossible to cancel and return a product that doesn't work for me. They only allow you to cancel by phoning their company. After three attempts, facing long wait times, I did as they suggested: I had them call me back. They never did, so I was forced to call in and wait, and during the 20-minute wait, I was forced to hear marketing info. Horrible Customer service. On the phone they say sign up for autoship DID NOT HAVE CHOICE. Auto shipped withing 3 weeks of receiveing 2 months of product.

This supplement did not work for me at all I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone at all

No stars I would give , this product put me in the emergency room, shortness of breath, heart pounding , diarrhea, weakness, couldn't breath. And after all that denied refund by supervisors at omega xl.

I hit PlaceYour Order… their site locked down. I made several calls - given by customer service until I got someone on phone saying order didn’t go through-it wasn’t viable in their system. I hadn’t gotten charge posted or email confirmation. I fortunately had taken screenshots of the order page(highly recommending everyone do this w ANY online orders placed). As I was going through my order details I realized I was charged over $20 for double shipping and double taxes!!! She said she couldn’t find the order so I said fine. I already agreed to pay the ($15!!!) higher price for a one time purchase instead of getting hooked into a auto ship program… been there done that with other companies … Anyway after putting me on hold for third time it was a miracle “a guy” she was working with …I suspect generated an order as I had given her the information thinking they looked up information various methods … said my order was seen by another guy…. but (wait) it wasn’t in the system?????!! After a while she gave me a confirmation number and said I had to call back again to give it time to get it in the system…??. She couldn’t address the double taxes and shipping nor could she forward me to anyone to address and I should look up my taxes bc they are required to bill for it. I agreed but that no other company I’ve used-especially online charged TWO taxes!!! One line for over 8% was “estimated tax” and next line was tax for 7%???So I said ok I wait but then what about the double shipping??? She said until their system was updated (meaning they had to create my order… so my request to cancel wouldn’t be possible) I had to call back to discuss the tax and shipping. I offered to send my screenshots to her… she didn’t have a way to receive it so I said I’d send to the guy she was working with and had the more equipped system to get it. No…. Then she made a mistake telling me it was cheaper to do auto ship program telling me the math… which I immediately showed her how that maybe was equal too what I paid! But they were willing to change my “order” but previously couldn’t change my order to cancel??… see where I’m going people!!! I may post an update on this less than professional company to share how they get away /explain away with the double tax and shipping. Always a great idea to write down your conversation and get a name of person helping you. Also remember screenshots come in real handy!!! With this company: BUYER BEWARE… Their practices appear shadier than a 10,000 acre forest! Will wait to determine viability of actual product success they tout.

It's a shame to see John Walsh lose his integrity and honesty all for money and another 15 minutes. He used to do such good things and be such an honest person. Wonder what his son would think to see what a liar his father has become. What a shame.
