Representative was very pleasant and handled my request in a timely manner. I've been taking omega xl for about 3 months now and it's definitely helping with my arthritis and bursitis in my hips. I have recommended it to several people.

Patience is a virtue
I'd have to say the representative that help me. David. He was a breath of fresh air, very patient and knowledgeable. Very passionate about retaining me as a customer without making me feel pressured or bullied. And I can appreciate that I used to be a customer service representative that I had very similar tactics like him. Very relatable, super understanding and above all patient and professional.
