Osteoarthritis made life miserable for me. Omega XL works for this great grandpa. At my age it takes very little to get injured, and it takes much longer for injuries or sickness to recuperate, compared to when I was much younger. Therefore, I allowed 2 months of daily taking Omega XL, to find out if it helped, or to quit if it did nothing. I'm glad I did, because I experienced no change in the first month. 2 weeks after that I noticed less pain and increased range of movement. After a total of 2 months, full range movements were restored and with NO pain, thanks to Omega XL.
