Very helpful and easy to change my subscription to meet my needs. Unlike previous comments from others, I've had no difficulty making skips, date changes and timing of the auto shipment subscription process. I used the online chat and did request a representative rather than their auto chat bot but I prefer human interaction and am fine with using the chat feature! LOL. I didn't have to go through tons of clicks or departments and I was done in less than 10 minutes. They sent an email with everything outlined, my online info changed immediately, and I'm a very happy camper!! 😁
