The online support agent was attentive to my needs. He made sure I was clear on next steps with my delivery. Twice I hada glitch when I pressed the return key and my responses did not send. Fortunately, the agent was patient and waited until I was able to get my message through. Overall a good experience and it was good to be able to communicate with an agent after 5pm.

Omega deserves 5 stars but since I wasn’t the one taking it, I gave it 4. I’m sure the product is great but with my dad having a rare brain disease, it just wasn’t doing what we had hoped. Customer service was great. David made canceling my subscription quick and easy. He was helpful with a few questions I had. Also, very polite. I appreciate that!
