Be careful what you do. The product was not helping me or my wife as expected. So we had canceled, the "Auto Ship" that we never wanted anyway. on the 2nd month after I had requested to be canceled I received an email that my shipment was being processed. I called them immediately and they said they couldn't stop the shipment even though the status on my account was canceled. So after requesting to cancel again and not be charged they had already charged my CC. Now I have to return the order when I get it and wait 30+ days for my refund. The credit card company cannot do anything until it actually post and then dispute. Scam on the auto ship so be careful. Customer service is below par.

My wife and I ordered this for my mother-in-law, and we ordered it online. Mistake. What they don't make conspicuous on the order form is that when you submit the order, you're on an automatic subscription. When we tried to cancel the order, we were told by the (extremely incompetent) agent was that we couldn't, and the agent cancelled our order completely. The agent said to order just one month we had to call a phone number and place the order. So dumb. I highly recommend staying as far away from this company as possible.

After taking for only a few days I had pain. I stopped taking and the pain stopped.

Omega xl no different than otc omega 3 fish oil as told to me by many medical professionals and biochemists. Omega xl adds olive oil, perna canuliculis oil, vitamin e and other to their product. Their claims that all the benefits come from the muscle they harvest in New Zealand is false. You will get the same benefits from over the counter omega 3 fish oil and save a lot of money than buying omega xl. Wonder how much Sharon Mc Quillian M.D, is being paid to promote the product. As an M.D. she should know better. Buyer beware. Ken Meares and Sharon McQuillian are laughing all the way to the bank. The research was poorly done.

Product is worthless . to get refund you will have to call several times and it taks about 1 month to get your refund. and they keep sending you product after you cacel. so you ave to wait for refund again. it is so bad. I do not know how they are aloud to stay in buisness. V.R.

complete scam. I ordered, then noticed it was auto renew so i called to cancel. they sent an email saying they did cancel and then sent the product and charged me anyway. total scam.

My sister got scammed on this. She has had joint pain for some time and was really willing to pay anything to get any relief. She didn't want to get hooked on any prescription drugs. She took it for 4 full months. And didn't get any relief at all. This stuff is a scam! It's not FDA approved for what they claim it to be. And I think the guy who claims he has spent his last 15 years developing this (diet) supplement is a relative of the other guy that sells My Pillow!! Now they have John Walsh advertising for them. Another piece of crap that became a overnight millionaire exploiting the death of his kidnapped son and started America's Most Wanted. Mr. Walsh must be broke now or he wouldn't be doing cheesy Omega Xl commercials.
