I've been an instrument repairman since 1970 and I can't remember being this impressed with a new shop tool... ever. Omegasonics helped us along the way and kept us informed. The sonic cleaner arrived earlier than projected and in perfect working order. Just being able to advertise that we offer sonic cleaning of band instruments has tripled our normal number of instruments for this time of year which was considerable anyway. All of our rental instruments are going to get the treatment this year, some of which have been out for years without a proper cleaning. Thanks Omegasonics!

Omegasonics is an excellent ultrasonic cleaning machine manufacturer. They offer many standard units that will accommodate many users but if you require something custom made for a unique application this is the company to consult with. Drew at Omegasonics did an excellent job of guiding me through the process of deciding which unit would work best for my application. Very informative and wasn't pushy in trying to make the sale. Very pleased with the results of the unit. It does everything as advertised!!

I have had very few problems with my machine which is great in the first place. But.... when I had a big thing happen these guys were all over the problem. Easily resolved, not quickly but that was the shipping service's fault and Omegasonics solved that too!!!! This is the best customer service experience I have ever had. As a matter of fact, I bought from them because friends in the business had praised the customer service. Boy do they deliver on that promise.
