What Didn't like it that I requested a change to my delivery address and I have not received confirmation of this cchage.

There needs to be an option to have a different delivery address than Billing address. If it is UPS delivery there should be an automatic flag that prevents processing shipment to a PO Box. This was not the case on my last order. I am now going to wait until I am contacted about our physical address for the plant.

Your website is terrible. I tried to do the password reset twice and it didn't work. It sends you in a catch 22 style loop that never actually allows you to reset. When I called in, the person who answered the phone just said I can cash-out without logging in. I would like to be able to check past orders etc. So you have a long way to go with you on-line resources. other than that, I have never had problems.

Need a place to enter PO # on order page and I used to be able to request tht you ship using my UPS account when I ordered before. Also I understand prices going up but OmegaClean went up $80 per 5 gallon since I ordered last...that's 80% wow

The shipping seemed quite high. Over $100 for an order that was $200.

I did not see where there was a separate set of fields to fill in for Shipping address if different than Billing address. I also did not see a field to enter the PO number. Because of this, the item I ordered will be getting sent to my attention instead of the person requesting me to procure.
