Restoring Old Ferraris
I believe Dave was the person I dealt with. He returned my call and went above and beyond to advise me on what cleaning solution was best to use here at Detroit's Ferrari dealership so that cranky old Ferrari parts can be made to look new again. Thank you.

Your website is terrible
Your website is terrible. I tried to do the password reset twice and it didn't work. It sends you in a catch 22 style loop that never actually allows you to reset. When I called in, the person who answered the phone just said I can cash-out without logging in. I would like to be able to check past orders etc. So you have a long way to go with you on-line resources. other than that, I have never had problems.

Thank you Daniel, We are very appreciative your feedback, but all of our shipping cost is done directly through UPS' website, we do not make any profit on shipping. The Omegasonics Team 1-800-669-8227 www.omegasonics.com

Great customer service & easy ordering
When I called customer service to ask about their recommendations for what Ultrasonic cleaner to use for my application, he was very helpful and the ordering was simple.
