Darins training class was fantastic! Engaging and informative! I would highly recommend Darin to anyone interested in purchasing the ultrasonic system or even if you already have the system and need a refresher course! It was truly a great learning experience!

I have had my ultra tank since 2017. No issues so far. It works great and all I need to do is change the acid and filters. Super easy to use. Drew is very helpful when I need anything related to my tank. I highly recommend!

Drew made the process quick and simple so it was a pleasure to work with your company.

Drew was great! Always responsive and tons of technical help.

amazing customer service and fast responses. they took care of everything i needed to repair and ultrasonic cleaner and have been the best help.

We recently purchased three ultrasonic cleaners for our band instrument repair shop. These guys were fantastic! Drew was terrific in getting us quotes promptly and accurately. Our contractor had some very specific questions about power and plumbing, which Frank was extremely helpful. And we even needed some assistance with shipping around the contractor's timeline, and Omegasonics was quick to accommodate. Truly a terrific organization demonstrating excellence in both product and service!

In a stark departure from what has become all too common, Omegasonics is a company who still believes in taking care of their customers. I purchased one of their ultrasonic cleaners used ( meaning I'm not even technically their customer ) and because the unit I bought was older, there was no documentation on the web. One call to Omegasonics and I reached a real human who was not only polite and helpful, but very fast and effective. Thank you Drew for your help!
