I never received the tracking number order 100047882

However. initially I called in to place the order verbally with customer service and was redirected to place the order online. Not a huge deal. I'd been in to a competitor and tried on the correct size so I knew what I wanted. It would have been nice to get some dialog with customer service to ensure I got the correct size. Not to mention it's a get opportunity for you to up sell me

Overall, very good/positive experience. I kind of wish they offered free return shipping, as ordering things like climbing shoes can be very tricky and are not guaranteed to fit. But, I understand that not everyone offers that :) Still a positive and easy experience.

I have tons of outdoor gear used through the years if interested for product evaluation. I purchase only the best because my work is extremely demanding and requires the best stuff. Gore TeX vibram, thinsulate, cordura and the like are my mainstays and spend thousands a year on gear. I work on harsh conditions and would be willing to evaluate products and have many gloves shoes and jackets worn out and could inform you on the durability and comfort of many of your items. I am a first customer but will definitely shop with omc again!

Company was a bit slow to confirm my order, but everything thereafter went as expected. Packaging was excellent.

Product shipped very quickly after order placed. Price was great. Annoying price tag placed directly on top of pertinent information of XC Ski Wax packaging.
