I bought a pair of Keen sandals from Omcgear this month. I had a little trouble ordering on line, so I gave them a call. Customer service was knowledgeable and helpful and I was able to complete my on line order. I received my sandals rather quickly and I'm loving them. I wouldn't hesitate to order from this efficient company in the future.

Ordering from the website was easy, and since I'm local the items arrived the next day with standard ground shipping. On this thing would be nice is if I could get the same MEMBER15 discount in the store that we get online, for those instances where you need something the same day (I don't know if this is already possible).

Thanks for your review. You can actually come into the store and get the same discounts and promotions as you see online. All you have to do is mention it!

I read lots of bad reviews however I wanted to see for myself. I called and they answered right away to see if a item was in stock. They had one left so I ordered the item and two days later it was in my home. Great Service.

Ordered product at 8:00 am, received an email at 10:00 am telling me product had already shipped. Price was between 14-46 dollars less than anybody else!
