OMC Gear is one of the few remaining community mountain shops with quality brands, great return policy, competitive prices and fast shipping to Seattle. Since I don't get to Portland often I'm glad they have a great eComm web site.

I ordered a soft shell from OMC and had the chance to communicate with the staff after i placed my order and asked questions regarding the product. Due to some reason my order got placed on hold since the staff thought i was reconsidering the item i ordered. When this mistake was spotted the staff apologized and offered a 10% discount and free shipment. Purchased two Canada Goose jackets from OMC, one at the store and the other through their online store. Every purchase that I made was a pleasant experience. Although their selection of Canada Goose jackets is limited, I would recommend OMC to anyone wanting to purcase a CG jackety.
