OmcgearReviews of omcgear.com

Item was delivered within days. Item was just what I wanted but they have a great refund policy just in case.

Oregon Mountain Community has always been a quality shop for backcountry expertise and gear. Once again, I was not disappointed with my latest order.

We ordered a tent footprint and it arrived on our doorstep the next day. We ended up not needing our order after all, so we made a return. There were no hassles or questions asked; they just made a full refund. Accurate and prompt customer service goes a long way with me, so though we may not have kept our order, we will definitely return to OMCgear for future purchases.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a very low price for my La Sportiva climbing shoes on OMG. Shipping was fast and everything was handled well. Thank you!

Easy to order a a good price. Delivered as promised.

I received my product on time and loved that I received free shipping - all at a very good price, the best price I found anywhere. The product arrived in good shape and has proven to be everything they said it would be. Well done.

I just made my first purchase with OMCGear, an ENO hammock and atlas straps, and have been well pleased with my experience. I had to call the company as I neglected to include my apartment number in the delivery address, and the representative was very nice and helpful, like a normal person, and contacted UPS to handle it for me. (UPS on the other hand was not helpful at all! I would be more likely to order from OMC again if they did not deliver through UPS.) I am incredibly please with OMCGear!

Outstanding customer service. Quick shipping and deliver. Product exactly as described. I wish I had heard of Omcgear years ago!
