OmcgearReviews of omcgear.com

My order shipped in less than a day. It delivered to me the day after ordering. Pretty impressive. The only downside is I found the item ever so slightly cheaper elsewhere a couple of days later, but only by a few dollars. All in all, I would shop here again.

Ordered a sleeping bag, didn't get any status until a couple days later when someone sent an email claiming that someone else tried to contact me before about swapping the sleeping bag from right handed to left handed since they're out of right handed. It's a bit strange since I didn't get any such requests. No matter. Fine with the swap and the order quickly got shipped. However, they charged an additional amount on my credit card since the left handed one is $20 more expensive. Sent an email and got quickly taken care of. Maybe it's paradoxical that I would still recommend them but the whole experience was actually reasonably pleasant. I'm fine with mistakes as long as they got fixed quickly and politely. I would assume that they don't make too many mistakes and my recent experience is an aberrant, but good to know that they can deal with it well. Also felt like I got a good deal with the purchase. I'll definitely buy from them again if there are good deals to be had.

Was promised 3 business days to get the package, it took 4. Product did arrive unscathed and as ordered.

Their website was easy to navigate, showed appropriate gear photos, and it was easy to purchase my item--even on my smart phone.

Order was shipped fast. Communication was good. One item was a different color than pictured on the website. Other than that minor quibble, great experience.

I was looking for a particular jacket at REI and they didn't have the color I wanted. OMC had the color I wanted at a MUCH lower price! I am usually wary of websites that sell things for a discounted price, but OMC came through and had great service! Thanks!

Your communication with me and your service was great. The only thing is it took FOREVER to get my sandals. But thank you and I will be sure to order from you in the future. P.S. your prices were spot-on!

The carabiners were loose in the box. Not horrible, but I'd rather know my climbing gear is safe...
