I was interested in purchasing an ENO doublenest hammock but had a few questions regarding that particular model and about setting up an account. I called their customer service and a very helpful representative named Jack walked me through everything I needed and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend purchasing from omcgear!

My coupon did not register during time of purchase on my internet transaction. An email was sent to me within 2 hours stating that the % off had been applied and the issue had been resolved.
