I got my boots the next day with standard shipping! The boots went on sale the next week and the refunded me the difference on the new price. A very good company!

When I shop online I expect to find better prices than I can get with a local shop or I will buy it from the local shop. At certain price points I expect free shipping or it would not be worth shopping online. I expect notification when my order has been placed, accepted and shipped with the tracking number. I expect the order to arrive when I am told it will arrive. I expect the order to be exactly what I saw online and what I ordered. The experience online has to be better than what I would have if I walked into a local store or it is just not worth my time and money. All of these expectations were met so I will recommend to my friends.

Bought the Scarpa Inverno boots on clearance and got a great deal! The shipping was quick and I had no issues! Thanks OMC!

This is another excellent product from Eagle Creek. I have been an Eagle Creek customer for more than 20 years. I have purchased luggage, folders, brief cases, laptop cases, packing cubes, etc. and have never been disappointed. I am keeping this ProTech Cube as a spare for any electronic device that I may purchase in the near future. It is perfect for the small digital camera, extra computer external hard drive, etc. The only regret I have is that I didn't purchase more of these and the larger size while they were still available.

Thanks to service me very good

It was shipped in less time than predicted. Love the product.

You guys rock. Although it wasn't your fault my order was kinda messed up but Jack Hoiland has got my back! He called me and got me a refund as well as talked to Mammot to get me a free rope bag (that's the part of the order that was messed up). He rocks and deserves a promotion. Not to mention that I got CRAZY pair of Evovl Shamans for super cheap. Any way keep up the good work my friends!

The product I ordered arrived in a timely manner. Great company!!
