OmcgearReviews of omcgear.com

I found this store to have exactly what I was looking for at a great price. East to navigate and no hassles when it came to the purchase. Love it!

I have to say the folks at OMC are some of the more knowledgeable folks I have dealt with in the outdoor industry, even about products they don't sell. Unfortunately the pair of boots I ordered from them were not what I was looking for, but they allowed me to return them no questions asked and had no problem spending an hour on the phone going over alternatives, some of which they did not carry, with me to try and get me into some thing that would work. I really did not expect this high a level of service especially as an internet customer, thanks guys.

I highly recommend ordering gear from OMC. They're professional and I got a good deal on the tent I ordered.

It was easy to return a down sweater that was larger than I expected. Net result was I got a smaller size of the same product that was also on sale. Refund and shipping were very quick. I will certainly look to do business with OMCgear again!

This was my first purchase from OMCGear. In fact, prior to purchasing the North Face Base Camp XL, I'd never heard of OMCgear. They had a great price on the bag and free shipping so I thought why not give it a shot. I already knew the bag was great - I own two others of different sizes. Turns out, OMCgear was great too. I received emails promptly alerting me of my order status and shipping number. The bag shipped out next day and I had it just a couple of days later. It was exactly what I was expecting - a new Base Camp XL - not something that had been a return or something that someone was trying to pawn off as new. I was very pleased with my OMCgear experience and will definitely be considering them next time I'm gear shopping. Thanks, OMCgear!

fast shipping, accurate description, best price

The shipping and customer service department is excellent. The online purchasing has been excellent. I wish I could say the same thing about the in store visits. Good quality and selection. and great response to requests from the shipping department.

I found the site looking for a Petzl Zipka on sale. I ordered a couple of items and everything went very smoothly. Well done.
