Well, most of it. I ordered 2 grey and 2 black EO undies and they only had one pair of the grey ones left, so they only shipped out the 3 pair they had in stock. I would have happily picked a third color or another black pair had I been offered the option to do so before they boxed up my order. I think they took both my email address and phone number, so one star off for not being in touch. Altogether satisfied, would recommend.

Their price beat the big guys on the pants I ordered. A quick google search found the product, the ordering process was super easy and I'm very pleased with the product. The only thing that could improve is the shipping time, but I'm east coast and it was coming all the way from the west, so no complaints.

I have already recommended OMCgear to a friend who was looking for some equipment. OMC has pretty good pricing on a lot of their items, especially sales. They definitely had the best price I could find on the mountaineering boots I wanted and luckily for me they still had my size. The package I ordered was a little slow to leave their location, understandable because it was ordered at 3:00am on a Friday. I can't complain though, I didn't immediately need what I ordered and the shipping was free. They sent an order confirmation immediately and tracking info as soon as the label was printed (in the morning), UPS just didn't pick up the package until the following Tuesday after the label was ready for some reason. I can say that when it arrived it was well packed and everything was there and the correct size. UPS also had a day delay because of a late arriving truck, not OMCgear's fault at all though. Overall I'd say they are a great company, I rate them as 4 stars instead of 5 only because of the delay in the package departing their location. I imagine that it is likely more a reflection of UPS than OMC because they did have the package ready to ship days before UPS picked it up.

I purchased a North Face Women's Surge II backpack for my daughter who's entering college. I'd researched backpacks online and knew that North Face was a good brand, and that this particular model received excellent reviews. BUT, it was way over-priced at most places. OMC Gear had it available for a very good price, so I placed my order with them on Friday afternoon (8/1). The order was shipped the next afternoon, but it took ten (10) days to arrive. It arrived undamaged and was exactly what we wanted, so in general, we were pleased. I would normally award five stars, but shipping speed still has room for improvement: four stars.

Hi, I inquired with [email protected] and [email protected] on two occasions in the past 60 days about applying for a group discount for our leaders with the Bellingham Branch of the Mountaineers. No one returned my email. When I bought something the checkout was easy and the delivery was prompt. When I was trying to buy a BD oval carabiner it did not tell me that there was only one left in stock until I was trying to check out. Would have been nice to know when I was shopping rather than get surprise at end that I did not meet the minimum for shipping cutoff. Thanks,

Bought the Osprey Aura 50 and am very pleased as expected. I purchased a size small and it fits like it was custom made for my body. I stumbled across this site while looking for the best price for this bag and I will definitely be checking the site out more often for my hiking and camping needs. Overall great experience in dealing with shipping and customer service.
