Thank you for leaving the review on trust-pilot. I'm sad to hear that you weren't happy with it. After looking into the product you ordered, it looks like where the text that mentions how you ignite the stove got misplaced. For that I am sincerely sorry, and will have it fixed. Please return the stove for a full refund.

Thank you for leaving the review, however our records show that our customer service team followed procedure and contacted you about the cancellation within 48 hours of you placing your order. The reason we delay cancellation e-mails for 48 hours is if we run out of product, it gives us a chance to search our warehouse, contact the supplier to see if we can get your product ordered for you. I'm sorry we had to cancel your order because we didn't have the product, due to high demand for this brand, it happens more often than we would like.

We ship orders within 24 hours of placement. UPS delayed delivery of your package because it didn't include a suite number. It is always a good idea to make sure you review your shipping address when you place your order. To help prevent this from happening in the future, you can sign up for an OMCgear account and save your addresses.

The requested shipping method on your order was UPS Ground, which is 5 business day delivery across the country (usually 7 days in the real world). If you requested expedited shipping after you submitted your order, it did not get transferred to your order (usually because it is an additional cost above the free shipping method).
