I had an issue with shipping/delivery, UPS was horrible to deal with. I called OMC customer service and explained the situation to Jack. I was heading out for a ski trip and was in need of the skis I ordered. Jack not only sent another set out but had them overnighted to the hotel I was staying at. I was skeptical that they would show, but OMC proved me wrong! When I arrived at the hotel, the skis were waiting in my room! Thanks Jack!!

Purchased a Mountain Hardwear Shaka Backpack at a reasonable sales price. Nice pack of course. They delivered it on time as ordered. Ordered a Mont Bell jacket from them years ago. Was between sizes so I asked them for advice. They were right on the sizing. In short, I'm pleased with OMC.

This is a very comfortable base layer for cold conditions. It fits snug but has plenty of stretch so it does not feel restrictive. I have been impressed with Arc'teryx's quality. My only issue is that the sleeves are about 2 inches too long. I wear a large, but have a 33" sleeve and Arc'teryx's large has 35" sleeves.
