I bought a pair of snow pants and they did not fit. I noticed the Return Paperwork did not mention reordering, so I went on the website and placed my own replacement order. The price was $15 more though, so I called up OMC and asked for the difference. They credited me on the spot.

I am pleased with the quality of products and service. However, there is one thing I could suggest as an area of improvement: I did not see anywhere on the website to ask for the ski bindings to be mounted to the skis. As a result, I had to mount the bindings myself. I would have appreciated having them mounted by a professional as it would have saved me several hours of time.

I purchased this jacket for my daughter who has a Dec. birthday. I saw it on her tonight. She is a 4-6 size and ordered a Medium. Hopefully it is very warm without a heavy "something" under it". It runs quite small(I would say), particularly thru the waist. Had we ordered both a medium and a large, we would be responsible for returning one of them at not so cheap a return shipping cost. This is what I don't like about purchasing from a place that doesn't have a return shipping policy that they set up with the post office. When I buy from the Talbots, I attach their return label and it cost about $6 or $7 bucks, which they deduct from your credit due. This is great because it would cost $15 to $20 without it. The jacket is nice but for a medium runs small!
