This was my first experience ordering from Omcgear, and I was more than pleased with the North Face jacket that I ordered for my daughter as well as the customer service. I had ordered a jacket and received an email that evening explaining that the jacket that I had ordered was out of stock. The email was followed up with a sincere apology as well as an offer to select a similar jacket at the same price or a 10% discount off of another item's retail price. I actually found another jacket at a lower sale price, and Omcgear still honored the 10% discount as well as threw in free 2 day shipping! I couldn't ask for better service than that!

I accidentally ordered the wrong size. I went back on the web site and ordered the correct size and called the next day to cancel the first order. They were very helpful and able to cancel my order. I would order again from them
