I purchased a Nemo Helio LX Camping Shower for $119.95. I received the item and it is an absolute piece of unusable junk. The hose constantly kinks blocking water flow. Then, when you pump it to where it won't take any more pressure AND you have the hose perfectly aligned to allow water flow, you get less than 7 seconds of barely a squirt. It couldn't rinse the shampoo off of Mr. Clean's head. It couldn't drown a flea. I called OMCGear to ask for a return shipping label. The website says that you have 2 months from the time of purchase to return items. I explained the situation to customer service. Customer service put me on hold. The millennial manager gets on the line. I explain all over again. She proceeds to tell me that because the product got used that I cannot get a refund on the product. She wanted to give me a store credit. I don't need anything else from their store. She tried to make excuses for the item being unusable saying that it's for camping. She was being a real smartaleck. I know it's for camping. It still has to work. I run a farm. It's not like I'm a princess who is used to being put up in hotels. I told her that this was a waste of my time and she hung up on me. The solution: I filed a dispute with the credit card company. In summary, OMCGear does not back up the products they sell and they do not honor their return policy. So, if you want to pay for expensive gear that doesn't work and not be able to return, then purchase from OMCGear. This company must be doing very poorly for them to be so desperate as to rip people off in this manner.

This coat is not at all similar to the one on the picture. The fur is white, and the general coat color is not deep blue. In addition the inside finishings are of poor quality. I believe this coat is a fake or counterfeit of a Woolrich parka.

I purchased a pair of Salewa Gore-Tex waterproof hiking boots one year ago. After the first long hike, both boots developed major leaks. I tried to review these boots so as to warn others but the review could not be accepted because I did not recommend the product. The review form asked me to prove I was not a robot. I did. The form acknowledged that I was not a robot. But when I submitted the review with one star and a negative recommendation, I became a robot and the review was rejected. Stay away from this company.

I placed an order following a link from a cashback website Activejunky where OMCgear advertises a 15% cash back. Despite my purchase being tracked and complying with all their conditions (no coupon codes etc), the company just decided to deny cashback on a whim. False advertising to say the least. I will be refusing the delivery of my order and will not do business with them again.

I ordered boots online for work, a position where I am on my feet for about 16 hours per day. I wore the boots in my home for about an hour to see if they could be broken in to where I could wear them on a daily basis. After about an hour, I determined that the boots were not comfortable, and shipped them back to the store for a return. After two weeks, I received an email from customer service offering me only 70% of my purchase price for the boots to be returned or 100% for an exchange, saying the boots were returned dirty! I offered to pay a 10% restocking fee, but refused to pay 30%...especially since they were obviously willing to keep my money in pocket and offer 100% if I spent it all back with them. We finally "settled" on 20%, but in the end I was out $80 including S/H. Not happy with customer service at all, and WILL NOT ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!! BEWARE ordering items from this company IF THERE IS ANY CHANCE YOUR ITEM WILL NOT WORK OUT...not only will you be out S/H, you will be out whatever they decide is fair!

I've attempted to orders with OMCgear. Both orders were cancelled by seller for lack of stock on hand after zero communication for several days. One of these cancelled orders was during the Xmas Holidays and the lack of communication on the cancelled order caused me to pay a much higher price somewhere else to have the gift rushed to me. I will never buy from this company again because in the competitive world of online retail it is a clown show.

I bought a Canada Goose jacket for my husband in size XS. First, the package took forever to arrive. Then, they sent me size LARGE and it smelled like someone already wore the jacket. When I called OMC Gear about the size issue, the man who answered the phone was very NASTY, acted like brain dead, had an attitude and not very helpful. OMC should have a Quality Control group to check all products before send out to customers. Last, OMC should train employee how to talk on the phone beginning with saying their company's name.

I ordered two jackets from OMC, the first was two days late even after I called to confirm and reminded them I paid for expedited shipping and absolutely needed the coat by Wednesday.... It arrived Friday. The second jacket was ordered, paid for and the. Four days later I was told they didn't have it anymore and they offered me another a few minutes before they closed. By the time I they were open again and I could call back, they had sold that one too. Thanks a lot. Absutely the worst service, worst attitude on the phone and worst inventory system I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Why don't you guys go out a bird on it.
