Has been 8 days & haven't received my order but received this email for opinion.
The ordering process went fine but haven't received my order yet - wondering why you are sending this survey to me when I haven't even seen my merchandise.

The e-mail sends 7 days after the order date. Your order, since it was placed on a Saturday, didn't get in the hands of UPS until Monday. With the "5-6 Business days" (7 real days) that it takes for orders to get shipped across the country, you should receive your pack today or tomorrow. I'll work with our developers and try to get something in place to warn about shipping times when ordering on weekends.
