The whole process was simple and convenient! I received the results after the promised 2 to 3 weeks. The results dashboard is well-structured and easy to understand. I really appreciate the response to immediately send me a replacement kit at no cost to me. I was surprised to receive a kit with an leaked tube. But the representative was awesome! She forwarded my pictures and sent another kit by express! Thanks so much!
