Cheap. The ring is certainly not worth £30 that I paid in the Black Friday deal. Would be even more disappointed if I had paid full price. At most it’s worth a tenner. Cheap looking and lightweight, nothing like advertised. Too big to wear on the recommended pinky/little finger. Whether it actually works remains to be seen. Read the other reviews before buying and look elsewhere. If it falls apart I’ll be claiming through PayPal. Getting fed up with all the Chinese tatt on the internet.

I really liked the look of the rings from the pictures shown on the website. Mine just arrived today and as orher reviewers have mentioned, the real thing is really not like shown on the site. It is thin and light. I will give it a try though hopefully i will feel some benefit. The claims are so grand. It "may" do this, it "may" do that, i guess everyones body is different, time will tell. My advice, dont purchase, use the money towards quality health supplements or a fun night out.

horrible horrible horrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!! product is garbage, and the only way you can return it and get a refund is to mail it to some convoluted 'address' in China, which probably means you will bear the cost of paying to send it and they will claim they never got it, etc.... SAVE YOUR MONEY, save yourself the time and aggravation!!!!!!!!! It DOESN'T WORK!!!!!!!!!!!

Nothing good to report here. Useless. And when you try to contact customer support- NADA! I’ve written several emails and they claim they would get back within 1-2 days . NEVER HEARD BACK. SAVE YOUR MONEY. THIS PRODUCT/COMPANY is a total sham!

Returned item tracked delivery as it was just a cheap piece of metal but didn’t hear back or get a refund, definitely wish I’d read the reviews before purchasing!

Ordered then saw all the bad reviews…lesson learned. I emailed them immediately after ordering telling them to cancel the order. I’ve emailed them 3 times with no response and of course they shipped it anyway. Crap company.

I never ordered the ring.I tried to put the discount in and all of a sudden.The purchase just went through.I tried to cancel it.I keep getting the same email that we ship it out too fast.Blah blah blah so I cancel my credit card.The ring ended up showing up.I don't want it now.They won't respond for me to return it fraudulent company.Stay far away. When they sent me an email, they said, I should know better than what to push, I know what I pushed, i'm a grown adult.I pushed a discount to see how much it would cost, I ended up with a stupid ring that I don't want

I received the Olux ring after about two weeks. It is not good quality. It is sized for a man's hand so it was huge on my fingers. There is no way to modify it to fit without ruining the ring. They have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee, but you have to ship it back to them in China. I got a quote from UPS to ship back to them and it was over $200 for a ring I paid $50 for. What a racket. Don't recommend.
