I’m genuinely disappointed with the Olux ring. It makes big promises around performance and results, but after using it consistently for a couple of weeks, there’s been absolutely no noticeable benefit. It feels like a classic case of overhyped marketing with very little substance behind it. The product itself doesn’t feel particularly premium, and the overall experience hasn’t justified the price at all. To make matters worse, the returns process is unnecessarily complicated, especially for customers outside the country they claim to operate from. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it. There are far better, more transparent options out there that actually deliver on what they promise.

Utter rubbish. Don’t waste your money. Doesn’t help with sleep, doesn’t do anything. And my ring tarnished after just a few weeks. Tried to get a refund (I emailed photos of the tarnished ring) and was told I need to post it recorded delivery to China and only once they received it in China and it was fully inspected would I receive a refund.

I came on here to check the reviews before ordering, really glad I did as no one has a good thing to say about the company or the product yet the Olux website is claiming they have 2253 Trustpilot reviews, most of them 5 stars and no 1 - 3 stars!!. Come on Trustpilot, look into it and make them take this false information down.

How come on their Website they say that they have amazing Trustpilot reviews? Surely that’s fraudulent and Trustpilot should investigate? Their website says 4.9/5 star reviews but definitely NOT

Terrible product , they agreed I could return the 2 rings purchased for a full refund , had to pay for them to be sent to China even though they were shipped in the UK , never received the refund and they are ignoring my emails since return 9 weeks ago, terrible customer service

ordered bracelet as anniversary gift for my husband, one month later i am yet to receive it despite paying for express delivery ( 2-5 business days). Contacted Olux on several occassions for status update or refund, only to be told they can only issue refund once i receive item and return item ! absolutely shocking service, please DO NOT purchase from this company, would not want you feeling as disappointed and out of pocket like me.

Do not bother buying OLUX ring, cheap and when you ask to return for a refund they make you send to China and follower up but ignore my emails. Its a rip off.
