So far this is 1 star or less. Ordered the buy 2 get 1 free on 12/15/2021. Now almost a month later and still waiting. No response from an email inquiry. Maybe this is being shipped from Outer Mongolia? On it's way via Camel Express? Soon to be on a container ship stranded in the Pacific Ocean? 🤔🤔🤔🤔

I ordered their "buy two, get one free" deal on Nov 10th, and a month later, on Dec 9th, they said it was delivered. It wasn't! They gave me a UPS tracking number that said it was handed off to and delivered by the local post office. Not! When contacted about the issue via email, (the only way to contact them), and asked for replacement products or a refund, they told me it was my problem and I should take it up with the local post office, which is a waste of time! So I gave these people $64 and got nothing! Ripoff!

I ordered and paid for their OlumiRing on Nov 7. Their site says to allow 1-3 days for "processing" and 5-10 days for delivery. At the most that would be 13 days. It's Dec 3. No ring. No explanation. No ability to speak to anyone because their phone number has a recorded message referring you to their email address. I will see if I can reverse the charge, but I'm probably screwed. Feels like a scam to me. Stay away.

I have never received my two orders. There's no customer service, no response to emails, phone calls go to voice mail. keep away from this seller, it is a scam.

You will simply not find a better ring light for the price. The versatility is unmatched. I use mine for work and my son has 2 that he uses when he streams his video games online.

I’ve been looking for the right light to travel with while I vlog and once I received my first OlumiRing in the mail, it completely changed the quality of my content for the better. I ordered another 3 so I never find myself in a situation where it’s time to record and I don’t have good lighting.

When my school district notified staff that we would be teaching FROM HOME I knew that I would have to get creative to keep my students engaged. I went about 2 weeks teaching 4th graders online before finding this light. I can say without a doubt that the students are noticeably more engaged with the conversation now that they can see me so much more clearly. Several of my co-workers also ordered and had the same or similar feedback.

I ordered one of these lights for my grandmother because her main form of communication with her grandchildren is video calls thanks to the pandemic. It’s simple enough to use that she hasn’t asked me about setting it up for her, and that truly says a lot.
