Nice quality suit for a good price, my suit was almost late for my wedding, but it made it a few weeks before I needed it. My contact Mimi with Oliver Wicks was giving me updates consistently on the status of my shipment. It showed up on time and looked fantastic for my wedding.

Buying a suit online, I initially had hesitation. I have a body type that absolutely needs tailoring. While Oliver Wicks has a tailoring service they offer where they refund the cost of your tailoring, I was blown away by the support I received when my suit was made too small and untailorable. I was offered a brand new suit, free of charge, and their team was with me every step of the way. A special shoutout to Mimi, who communicated thoroughly and promptly every step of the way. Her effort deserves a review of its own. As for the suit itself, great quality, great fit, cant complain at all. I got compliments on mine right away and I highly recommend. They also save your measurements in their system for future orders.

This was my first purchase from OW and overall it was a fantastic experience. Carissa was easy to work with, courteous, and prompt with her replies, even considering the time difference (I’m in the US). The first jacket didn’t fit right and it was remade, no questions asked. The remake fits great. Some patience is required since this is MTM and they are based in Europe but my experience is that the finished product was well worth the wait. The fabric, quality, and craftsmanship are top notch. I will definitely order from OW again.
