I read about Oliver Wicks and recently made my first purchase, an ivory dinner jacket and black pants, about two months ago. The on-line experience was exceptional, with very comprehensive guides and videos for providing measurements - which only took about 15 minutes or so. Any questions I had in addition related to style or cut of the suit was answered very quickly by the fantastic staff at Oliver Wicks. Emilia in particular was great to work with and talk with...very kind and knowledgeable. I was truly blown away when I received the garments. The quality of the materials and the craftsmanship were second to none. I can't stress how beautiful the suit is...I would expect the price point based on the quality to be hundreds of dollars more. I have since purchased a new blazer and dress shirt and plan to turn to Oliver Wicks for all of my suit and formal wear needs. What a great company and beautiful products.

The process was easy, accurate, and actually quite enjoyable. My representative, Sabrina, was friendly, knowledgeable and customer-focused. I ordered the charcoal plaid with navy overcheck suit, two shirts and two ties. The suit and shirts arrived before the estimated date of arrival. Neither the suit nor either shirt required any further alterations. They fit flawlessly and felt perfect. I actually couldn’t believe how great they made me look.

The customer service is outstanding; the quality of the suits phenomenal and the fit is superb! The team is always making suggestions and assisting us in order to give their customers the best suit possible! I had a great experience. After I submitted my measurements, they personally contacted for additional measurements to make sure it was perfect. It took about three weeks to get my suit from that point (I’m in the USA). On arrival, it fit perfectly! No need for any alterations that I can see. I purchased a super 150’s suit and the fabric really is amazing. No more off the rack suits for me. I will be ordering from Oliver Wicks again.

I LOVE this company. The quality of the suits are excellent but the customer service is outstanding. Anytime I need assistance or have a question I am always responded to with the highest professionalism, even if I don’t order!! These people are the best, I highly recommend.

Oliver Wicks knows suit craftsmanship - they are second to none. I received my suit yesterday and was absolutely blown away by the perfection to fit. You are required to submit 14 individual measurements along with 3 photos - for a suit that is crafted to your physique unlike any other. If only I could give them 10 stars. By far the best suit I've ever owned. I have a closet full of suits that have never fit right and that I just don't feel comfortable in. I've been to numerous different tailors in an attempt to get things squared away but the fact is, off the rack suits just aren't for me. I'm average height at 5'8" and weigh roughly 220lbs with a 19" neck and 48" shoulders. Even when I can find a 48S it never fits and no amount of tailoring makes it comfortable. So I found Oliver Wicks and ordered a suit. My 16yo daughter took the measurements, following their video instructions, in about 10 minutes. Within 18 days I had a beautifully tailored suit that fit absolutely perfectly. Customer Service was on point with Svetlana reaching out numerous times to ensure I understood the process. The website keep you updated on where in the process the suit is. Tracking is perfect, once shipped. The quality of fabric was excellent and the stitching is perfect. Overall, I can honestly say, it is 5 stars from beginning to end. I will never buy another suit from anyone other than Oliver Wicks. Matter of fact, I was so satisfied, I ordered my second suit from them the day after my first one arrived.
