I received a phone call from Mark at Oliver & Navy just now. Mark had never received any of the online Oliver & Navy forms I used to try to return the product I ordered. He will be checking with the webmaster about that situation. Mark was very kind and helpful. He provided me with a free return label and returned all my money. I am happy with the help I received today. Please feel comfortable in doing business with Oliver & Navy. They are a conscientious company. THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION HAS BEEN RECTIFIED: Unsatisfied Customer - I ordered a product from Oliver & Navy that does not look like the picture on their website. I submitted three separate forms over several days on their website stating I was unhappy and wished to return the product. I also tried to contact them by phone two times. I never did get connected. I am very unhappy with this company. I want to return my product, but am getting no response from the company. Please be aware of this if you order from this Oliver & Navy.

Initially, I was hesitant to purchase some items off of the website of this caliber. But the fact they were USA based in Brooklyn helped to reassure me. Once I made the purchase, the Oliver and Navy team reached out to me directly to assure me of the quality of their products and to ask me some additional questions. They 100% did NOT disappoint. Once I received the items, in the time period they advised, I was beyond happy with the purchase I am so impressed and happy, I have already referred others to them and have additional plans for more purchases later this year. Hands down they are the best. was nervous at first to get a diamond online without looking at it first but they did send pictures but sometimes that doesn't ease are mind, nothing better than in person which you can but I'm in California and they are in New York. Trust me I had a million questions and was going between 4 and 5 carat he was very honest with me. I received it today and it's beautiful and flawless. I have bought a couple of diamond pieces from them already. Thank you so much for every step of your way I will be back to purchase more soon. 😊
