Great fabric but the stated TAT of 3 to 5 business days isn't accurate!

Hi Emily, we always try our best to print and cut orders as quickly as possible, but I can see that we have missed the stated turnaround time on multiple orders you have placed with us. We take full responsibility for this and apologize for letting you down. We are actively trying to improve our processes and have added a 2nd printer to help speed up production in hopes that we can deliver on our stated turnaround time on your next order with us.
