This was my first time ordering. I placed the order on 4/5. Found the shipping seemed excessive, but first time ordering, willing to give a chance. After 9 days (6 business days) I emailed to get status and was advised delays due to high volume. They sent a review form and I commented shipping was excessive and they contacted and refunded about $5.00 in shipping from the $13.00 initially charged. Now another week has gone by and the fabric has not shipped, but HAS been paid for. Really unimpressed by this experience. Customer service was pleasant but generic. I would like my money refunded and sadly will not be back. Not a great experience with first and sadly last order.

As always I usually love the stuff that I get, but I can’t help but notice that the TAT are getting longer and longer (during non big sale times). They definitely aren’t close to the 3-5 business days. It’s more like two plus weeks. I think the only other complaint, which is fairly big is that some of this stuff is being listed as light to medium weight and it’s see through. This last order was particularly disappointing. I buy everything in five yard increments if I can. This box was around 40 yards total and all but two are unusable because you can literally see straight through them. So that’s almost $200 in loss for me.

It was my first time making a purchase, and I find that the user experience has been filled with quite a bit of uncertainty. Even after I'd checked out what was in my cart, i received an email the next day reminding me I have (the same) items left in my cart, which led me to do a few more checks on whether my order actually went through. I decided to place reliance on an order confirmation email i had received. It's been a week since i made my purchase, but still have not received any updates on the order being shipped. I'm not sure if it ordinarily takes so long.
