I don’t know yet it’s been almost 4 months I have still not received my order , Mike explained a problem , But 4 months ?

I Called on sunday morning and talked to a man name Mike he went out of his way to explain things to me about there products. I orderd a complete SASS rig.And will order more.

Ordered an item it turns out they didn't actually have. They also learned the item has been discontinued by the manufacturer but still show it as available 2 months later. They seem to be having a lot of issues with customers but most importantly don't seem to be learning from their mistakes.

Same as a lot of other reviewers. Ordered item, the company charged my card, then lots of emails and phone calls with no return calls or emails, called multiple times in a row until Mike answered and stated "oh, that should have already shipped - he would check on it and call me back" - which never happened. Total scammers - wish someone could do something about this company. Not fair that credit card companies and law abiding tax payers have to fund these type people's lifestyle.

They never sent my package. I reached out through email and phone. They didn’t reply to any emails, returned one call and said they would check with the distributor, but then wouldn’t return any future calls. Thankfully my bank refunded me from these scammers.

I was never sent the item I ordered. Apparently it was on back order to which I wasn't informed. I sent several emails and never got and answer. I finally canceled the order. I normally wouldn't rate this sort of thing but their AI won't stop sending me emails to do so.
