I ordered a leather jacket on 2nd of…
I ordered a leather jacket on 2nd of September, it’s now the 14th and I have yet received it. No tracking number or information was provided. I spoke with Mikeand he said he would check on it and get right back with me. That was 3 days ago, I have not heard back from him. Your customer service really sucks. Out of money and no jacket

Richard it was 2 days ago we spoke on Monday, yes inventory showed we had in stock but after checking your size was not. Called mfr. waited for response from then we called you back as soon as we had an answer on the availability of your sizing and color needs, we actually discussed your options on color on today and also, we are processing your refund keeping your info to call you if and when this jacket is back in stock in your size which you were fine with.

I placed an order for a holster on…
I placed an order for a holster on April 21, 2022. I expected it to take a few weeks to custom make it, but months had gone by so I tried to check on the status via the contact us email from their website on August 22, 2022 and got no return response. On September 1, 2022 I called the only phone number on their website and the only option was to leave a message. I did not leave a message. Shortly after, a man returned the call (I believe only because he thought I wanted to place an order ) and I inquired about my order. I gave him the order number and he said he would check on it and call me back. It is now September 9, 2022 and I have heard nothing from him. I can only assume they have defaulted on my order and will research my options. Buy through The Old Trading Post at your own risk.

Just the item I have been looking for. Perfect to fit on my gun belt, now I can carry more extra 30-30/Win. Special .32 ammo as well. Can't wait to receive it.

Returning lost customer
I spent 3 hours tracking down the Old Trading Post after an order from several years ago. It was worth it, once I found the site again (I saved it this time!) and what I wanted, Mike got back to me within 10 mins with answers to my questions! These folks are awesome!
