No shipping notice?
Haven't even received notice that my item has shipped? If I can't get it by the 12th then your shipping timeframe is BS, as I ordered it on the 2nd.

Michael was the gentleman helping me
Michael was the gentleman helping me, he knew exactly what I wanted he was patient and just a great rep for trading post. Your product being the best on the market didn't hurt. I have purchased holsters from you guys before and found that you're the only guys in the holster business that have a clue of what the customer needs and you listen and care. You may not be able to help everyone but if you can't I would bet that the customer is clueless and the fault is with them. Thanks for your help once again.

I don’t think they even deserve one…
I don’t think they even deserve one star… DO NOT buy from this company! The product I ordered had as long as a 16-week production window as listed on their website. No problem, I ordered it and waited. 16 weeks came and went, so I emailed them and got a reply saying 16 weeks was an estimate, but to expect shipment within the following month. That month also went, so I called and was told there were supply chain issues, but he would call me back the next day and give me an updated status on my order. The call never came. Luckily, my credit card company refunded the almost $200 I spent, so it was only a waste of my time and not my money. Again, DO NOT give this company your business unless you have a fetish for atrocious customer service, lies and scammy behavior.

Special order frock coat
I got the special order 19th century frock coat today. Had to get it tailor made because they were out of stock of my size. The tailor accommodated my special fitting requests superbly, the coat is actually a bit roomier than I expected which is good! I like that has a hand made feel to it, and the black broadcloth wool is excellent. And it all came in the mail sooner than I expected. 5 stars!
