its a very well run scam

Ordered a shirt from them May 20th, I finally received it July 2nd. During this time I reached out to them probably close to 10 times and always got generic responses. They also have a fake sale going on where they marked up their prices and lowered them to a higher price than the original. On their site they say shipments come in within 5-7 business days. Definitely closer to 5-7 business weeks.....

Ordered a hoodie a month ago, still no shipment info. I DM'd them on instagram, commented on their posts, emailed them multiple times and no one reached out. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. If you are reading this, DO NOT order from them, they are just going to take your money and ignore you.

DONT BUY FROM HERE, waiting a month for shirts and a pair of shorts. Will be calling my bank to make a claim.

I’ve been waiting 2 months for just a sweatshirt, says still waiting for shipment, I’m so angry and annoyed, I’ve sent 5 emails and no one has reached out, they send one item at a time, bad customer service if I’m being honest, I didn’t pay to wait months to get my stuff, they should have that posted in their page, I would’ve never bought if so

It’s been about a month without receiving my shorts and shirt. Shipping still says in transit to the post office. I doubt it has even been shipped yet. Real unfortunate. Tried reaching out and still no response. Please email me and let me know what’s up with my order and when I can get it. Thankyou.

Hadn’t received my order for 1 month, didn’t respond to customer support emails so I had to resort to leaving a bad review to get their attention regarding my order. The issue was that I didn’t receive any shipping information/ tracking. The email with the link they had originally sent did not work although they did provide me with another which did after the review. In my order I was promised a pair of free shorts which was apparently shipped separately from my other two items therefore I thought it would arrive a bit later. After giving some leniency with the shipping I have waited roughly 25 days with still no update or having received the shorts. In fairness the products are good quality and i’m happy although improving customer service such as responding to emails would be helpful and improve their service regardless of the lengthy shipping times. If possible i’d like to get the promised shorts or shipping information as the link provided shows all my items have been delivered but I haven’t gotten the shorts.
