Ordered products and never received. No help from the company to get my products. Terrible company, dont not buy.

I ordered shorts from them and socks, and both have been great. So I ordered again, a duplicate of one pair and then two others, and used the code for free straps and socks. When I received my order, no straps or socks. That was fine, maybe the deal wasn’t running anymore and I let that go. But I tried the shorts I ordered in large and they were huge, bigger than a large. Mind you, my previous pairs were large and one was the same as the previous I ordered. I reached out to them 8/9, again on 8/12, and they responded 8/13 that they were looking into it. I got another messaged 8/18 that I would hear back in 1-3 business days. Didn’t hear anything, tried again 8/25 and got nothing. Today 9/4 I reached out again. It’s been a month without resolution. All I wanted was to swap these out since they were cool but the sizing was obviously not as tagged. It’s incredibly frustrating. They sent me a number to text in the last email from them but that feels sketchy, so I’m keeping everything in writing in emails.

I have had a terrible experience with this site. They ignored multiple emails when I cancelled the order which was not done. The items were sent and then never delivered and then the company have continued to ignore my emails as I look for a resolution. I strongly advise against buying anything from this company.

I did not recieve the ringer shirt that I brought along side additional clothes that I bought. I was not provide an additional tracking number for it. It was supposed to be packaged alongside the rest of the order. This is a huge red flag.

Put in 3 orders. I ordered about $260 worth of clothing, because it is good quality and the styling is really great. Received two partial orders, but the system said everything was delivered though $180 worth of clothes were missing. It was not a UPS issue as I have cameras and can see what they bring. I did email old school, but no reply. If the owner reads this. My man, you legitimately have something good here that people can enjoy, but the shipping sucks and customer service is lacking significantly. I wanted to support you and wear your clothes on my channel. I have a little over a two million followers across instagram and Tick tock, but I’m not going to do that now because your customer service sucks.

Best gym brand out there. Everything is unique and very high quality. I’ve been buying apparel from this brand for nearly 4 years now, and I will never buy from a different company. You just can’t beat the quality, uniqueness, and price.
