Good product with fast shipping
Felt hat was as advertised. Has a great unique look but is a bit large in size, so it may come down over your ears if you have a small head. Price was very reasonable and shipping was fast.

All is well that ends well.
It was an exciting journey. I initially was sent the wrong Bavarian check flags. Then when the correct replacement was sent, I received a single flag rather than the eight I. Had ordered. I finally received exemplary service in getting the missing seven flags delivered to me before our scheduled Oktoberfest event. It was far from a perfect buying experience but I would order from you again.

fast delivery...item as described..but
It appeared that this item had been returned / reused due to small defect in the lacing. Because of timing of event, I did not contact store, and instead fixed it myself.

Finally, costumes that fit and are comfortable!!
After many years of trying various Oktoberfest costumes we finally found costumes that fit and are comfortable. Not perfect though as seams on the waistband of my boyfriends outfit were unraveling when he tried it on and my dress had a loop come apart but both are easy fixes. Happy German girl.

Okey
Right in the middle of entering my credit card information, the offer for live chat covered the field I was filling.

fast, effecient helpful but not informative
I ordered my beer stein on a monday... the website advertised free shipping over 99$ then I was told that the offer was not for international orders (never clearly stated on site) the site also advertised order would ship in 3 days (again never stated clearly that wasn't for international orders) on the 5th day after ordering I went on chat and spoke with anna who then told me international orders took 3-5 business days to process.... I again waited. I never received an email stating my order had shipped as I was told when I ordered on my statement. On day 7 I again spoke with anna on chat and she then provided me with a tracking number. I ordered on july 21st and received my order on the 30th... the service was quick and anna was very helpful but the site needs to be clearer and when you tell a consumer that you will send them a confirmation email, it should be automatically done with proper tracking.
