Thanks for the shirt thanks again and it great shirt from my home town

They did not give me correct shipping information and the package was delivered over three days before what the website said. Packages got stolen and they won’t replace it even though they gave me three incorrect shipping numbers. The courier will not leave the package where instructed. They told me to go screw myself on customer support and will not make their mistake right. Do not shop here!!!

They made good football shirts. Kids love it and it is affordable joy which is just that simple. Isn’t it?

Bought the new Ireland 🇮🇪 away shirt and the only negative was the manufactures badge Castore was missing on the front of the shirt everything else was spot on. Have bought other shirts before and they've been great.

First of all, I have to give kudos to the support team for their brilliant communication, professionalism and continuous help in navigating some issues with shipping due to the local courier. While it was not the fault of OkayJersey.com, but rather the local delivery service in my country, the support team helped me enormously first in identifying where the problem is, and then in re-shipping my order (since the original was sent back to the sender and was out of their control and mine). The support team was patient, and did everything in their power to help me! Many thanks for that, really appreciated!! The re-shipped order arrived fast, and the quality of the shirts and shorts looks great - especially for the prices they offer. I have tried them on, and they feel comfortable, with good, non-itchy, material that feels breathable. The printing of jersey numbers and patches is exceptional. I washed them in my washing machine - using a program for delicates/wool and **cold** temperature - and everything is intact. Overall, great quality, great business, and outstanding customer experience. I am impressed, and I am already preparing another order.
